When I feel stressed, I go outside, in nature. I love watching the birds fly about and listening those in the trees. I find nature to be quote healing.

I reduce stress by doing a little yoga every day and meeting at TUCC for the Saturday yoga classes. I also line dance, sing in the church choir, & exercise.

I take hot baths in "Dr. Teal's!" Good sex, every now and then, is great! A good full body massage helps me! I love swimming and sitting in the jacuzzi!
